As a fully authorized dealer for all of the brands we sell online, any new product you purchase is backed by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. If you have an item that is damaged and you believe it should be covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty, please read this page carefully.
Warranty Policy
- Manufacturer's Warranties only cover Manufacturers Defects. If your item is damaged due to misuse, wear and tear or abuse, it will not be covered by Warranty
- The evaluation of the warranty is at the discretion of the Manufacturer
Online Warranty Information
- Please fill out the Warranty Evaluation Request below and we will respond to all Warranty Evaluation Requests within 2 business days. Shred Shop will work with the Manufacturer to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation we can issue a full refund, repair or replace the item.
Shipping Note
- In almost all instances, the customer is liable for shipping charges to get the damaged item back to Shred Shop or the Manufacturer
- For approved warranty claims, Shred Shop will cover the shipping to return the item to you
